80% of the products we’re cooking with come from local farms as close as possible to the restaurant. In this way, we want to value and promote Belgian terroir, while paying
farmers the right price.
We work with respect and follow a zero waste philosophy, limiting food waste and finding creative way to utilise what others would throw away.
For all these reasons we received the highest score on the Good Food label for sustainable restaurants.
